What we collect

When you use our contact form, or contact us by phone or email, we collect your name, email address, phone number if given, postcode or town, the service you need and your message.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, and arrange and carry out work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). We keep records of work and invoices because the law requires it (Article 6(1)(c)).

Who we share it with

No one for marketing, and we never sell your details. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, which may process data outside the UK under the UK's international data transfer safeguards. The website is run by our web hosting provider.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Customer and invoice records are kept for 6 years, as HMRC requires of limited companies.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict how we use it. Email us to do this. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
